Ten Thousand Villages in Lincoln gets a new name and brand identity.

A walkthrough of the turnout for the Handspoken launch — 400+ people packing the space. Huge moment for the brand, and an honor for Agent to shape it.

Lincoln’s iconic fair-trade store Ten Thousand Villages has relaunched with a new name and brand identity from Agent. Developed using insights from recent customer and category research studies, the new name — Handspoken — celebrates the voices, dignity and creative expression of artisans in developing nations. The new logo conveys the connections between the global and local community, united through fair-trade practices. The identity system included new color palette, typography and branded patterns for use throughout the store’s packaging and signage. See some of the work here.
