When Lincoln’s iconic fair-trade store Ten Thousand Villages needed a new name and identity, they turned to Agent. Using recent customer and category research studies, we developed a strategic platform, new name, logo and brand system. Representing the connections between the global and local community, united through fair trade practices, the brand celebrates the voices, dignity and expression of artisans in developing nations.
